A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times. When a booking is made, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service. If the card declines when the authorization is attempted, the job will be automatically paused until the payment details are successfully updated. Service will only resume once a valid payment method is confirmed.

We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation window. Any cancellation or major rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice
will incur a flat fee of $50.00. This fee compensates our team for the reserved time and the loss of other potential bookings.

Neither the client nor the contractor is permitted to engage in solicitation of the other party's employees, subcontractors, or
affiliates during or after the term of service. This includes any attempt to hire, contract, or poach personnel directly. Any violation of this non-solicitation clause will result in immediate termination of the contract and may lead to legal enforcement of the clause to the fullest extent permitted by law.
